Terms and conditions

SmileAgile measures the morale of agile teams: anonymous surveys, their results and trends, and an MCP server for AI assistants.

It is provided as is: its availability is not guaranteed, and its features may change. The plans are described on the Pricing page.

• An account is for one person, with accurate information.
• An administrator activates every new account. The administrators may refuse, deactivate or delete an account, f.e. a fake or an abusive profile.
• Keep your password, your personal access tokens and your connected accounts safe: you are responsible for what is done with them.

• Never try to find out who voted what: the votes are anonymous, on purpose.
• No illegal, hateful or abusive content, in the teams, the surveys or the comments.
• No attack, no overload, no automated use beyond the API and the MCP server, within their limits.
• The AI assistants you connect act with your permissions, under your responsibility.

The teams, surveys and comments belong to their authors. You let SmileAgile store and show them, only to provide the service.

The team's owners read the comments of their team, and are responsible for how they use them.

Within the limits of the law, SmileAgile is not liable for indirect damages, nor for the loss of data or of business. Export your teams' data regularly if it matters to you.

You can stop using SmileAgile at any time, and delete your account in My Profile. SmileAgile may close an account that breaks these terms.

These terms may change with the product: the date above tells the last update, and the significant changes are announced in the app.
